We successfully listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 30 January. Fortune (stock code: 603173) became the first company to successfully list on the main board of the SSE this year.
Fortune's IPO consisted of 40 million shares at an issue price of RMB18.65 per share, raising a total of RMB 746 million. After deducting the issue expenses, the funds raised will be used for the annual production of 15 sets of large-scale cryogenic equipment intelligent manufacturing projects, R&D centre construction projects and additional working capital.
This fundraising is aimed at improving our large-scale cryogenic equipment manufacturing capacity, solving problems of capacity and insufficient production bases, and further enhancing Fortune's intelligent manufacturing capabilities.
